My day job as an engineer is making life saving devices for the medical industry (used to do coronary catheters and stents for people suffering heart attacks, currently working on dialysis access for patients with failing kidneys)The lower wall was concrete and steel reinforced, it was constructed of blocks that key together with 1/2" diameter fiberglass pins so that it doesn't shift while being filled with concrete. 

For some time, we were even a preferred developer for a few national kidney dialysis tenants.

When that happens I think we sometimes feel like someone punched us in the kidney and we are laying on the ground and can not move.

I took off a year to write a book and donate a kidney to a friend (recuperation was a *****).

I know marijuana helped my father-in-law during his fight with a failing kidney.
