Alive again!

I just want to say that I did it! I made an offer on a property today after many months of sitting on the sideline,  because my last deal did not go through. I feel alive again because I stepped out and broke through my doubts and fears and it feels amazing.

My deal before this one was 10 months ago (yeah too long), and I backed out because the inspection of the property found major problems that would have killed even the most hopeful expectations of a good outcome. When that happens I think we sometimes feel like someone punched us in the kidney and we are laying on the ground and can not move. Well!  I'm over it and I'm back in the game. Here's me hoping that my offer is accepted and I put another rental property into service for my future.
