Prior behaviour really does predict future..maybe they are breaking pattern, but i encourage you to  look for other applicants w less-blemished history, they are here (i'm in atl too)3.

As you dig a little deeper into the actual release by the provincial government the regulation only applies to licensed agents and appears to be "self-policing" by the industry itself ... so it may amount to a little more discretion, but not elimination of the behaviour.

The answer is No (provided you do not knowingly encourage or facilitate the behaviour).All of our tenants sign an acceptable use agreement - not that different than what you would find in a business or other such organisation - along with their lease.
