You are making excuses for her behaviour.

They are not operating a business and will tolerate bad tenant behaviour or throw money at tenants to resolve issues.

Prior behaviour really does predict future..maybe they are breaking pattern, but i encourage you to  look for other applicants w less-blemished history, they are here (i'm in atl too)3.  

As you dig a little deeper into the actual release by the provincial government the regulation only applies to licensed agents and appears to be "self-policing" by the industry itself ... so it may amount to a little more discretion, but not elimination of the behaviour.

The answer is No (provided you do not knowingly encourage or facilitate the behaviour).All of our tenants sign an acceptable use agreement - not that different than what you would find in a business or other such organisation - along with their lease.

Legitimate companies and banks engage in this behaviour all the time with organized crime because they get a piece of the $ and they are often run by greedy sociopaths.
