Did you factor in utilities, internet, etc.?

I find that other formulations of the risk adjusted return analysis either (1) are too simplistic (typically the ones available through an internet search or (2) are so complicated and require so exactly an information input determination that to successfully use requires an advanced degree in statistics or analytics (usually ones taught in “top ten” college courses or (3) are so poorly developed that they can’t be relied on within 3 standard deviations from the mean.  

Washer/dryer, internet etc.

My wife and I have been traveling with limited internet. 

Most 4/2 houses in the area are renting for approximately $2200 and offer washer, dryer, and internet (which I think the builder provided for all new houses in that community).

You want to talk to friends and family on this, I don't know anyone who would see this on the Internet and be like, yeah, this sounds like exactly what I am looking to do with my money.

It would be helpful if someone can suggest one they like, I noticed most website just check the internet.

The internet makes the world very small.As far as buying out of state, one challenge I did not see any other replies mention is your occupancy.
