Its been a couple weeks since returning to BP con, and I feel like its taken about that same amount of time to wade through all my notes, ideas, inspirations, and things i "could do".  

This community is full of knowledge, support, and inspiration for all experience levels.

It’s also inspiring to hear how much your family motivates you—having that “why” is so important!

Hope this inspires you to make the leap and jump into the game. 

It sounds like you’re at an exciting juncture with your investing journey, and your professional background in commercial real estate is a strong foundation to build from.Your goal of creating a portfolio for financial flexibility and a legacy for your kids is inspiring, and your hands-on approach with modeling and management is a huge asset.

I have never paid more than a few hundred dollars for any program, but throughout the entire Masterclass I felt inspired and very connected. 

I haven’t felt this inspired since discovering the great adventures of the first rock climbing pioneers.

It isn't slimy like what the guru's did/do that inspired the BP founders, but it's not transparent or obvious either.
