Very inspiring 

These resources, along with Dave’s inspiration sparked within me a passion for alternative investing and personal development.My PPR BeginningsDetermined to understand the business I was working in, I immersed myself in all things note and real estate investing related.

My ultimate goal is to become successful with my real estate investments so I don’t have to rely so much on my job and be able to spend more time at home with my soon to be wife and future children.

This targets family’s between homes, either because they just moved to the area; have a definitive time work contract; current house is being rebuilt/remodeled/repaired; students with “rich” parents; recent separated/divorced who needs space for children visits; Houston medical center stays; etc.  

One time I had to use my knowledge and testing practices after a job, and that was because it was a HUD inspired low income grant job for a homeowner.

For someone managing multiple properties or with a busy schedule, automating some parts (like initial messages) can save time while still allowing room for personal touches later.It’s inspiring to see your dedication to responding so quickly, even at 3:30am!

It’s inspiring that you’re both already running your own businesses—it sounds like you have a great foundation to build on!

By the time I retire, I want to have enough rental properties to have financial independence to enjoy my hobbies and enjoy spending time with my family and watch my children grow up.
