Population is growing, NFL Draft was the BEST EVER attended, prices are up over 20% last year, etc.

Despite the storms in W FL we are seeing YoY rate and occupancy increases 24-25.  

The city has a lot of momentum with major developments, population growth, and continued investment in infrastructure.That said, it’s not without challenges.

@Josue RamosTo invest in Texas markets, consider Dallas, Austin, and Houston, which have seen strong population growth and appreciation.

Not to mention the economic development steps the town is taking in ensuring the growth of town (roads, schools, zoning) stays on par with the future expected population growth and new jobs that are going to be a result of the new factories opening.  

The risks have increased.

@Cheng ChuMcKinney is a fantastic market with strong population growth, and it’s a great choice for single-family home (SFH) investments.

In rural areas where I am, like northern Johnston County or northern Harnett County, I don't think there are many laundromats relative to the population.
