There have been several high profile incidents in STR in Plano over the past couple of years that I think have made the residents pause to think about how that works in residential neighborhoods. 

The property easily can be monitored from a mobile phone, tablet, laptop and/or desktop, and the software has screenshot and video capture capabilities, as well as the user being able to access and play historical footage from all or selected cameras simultaneously, if incidents need to be researched.What was the outcome?

They admitted it was after a drunk driving incident, which at the time was a major red flag but I let it slide. 

If that is the approximate time frame, then throw them a bone and move on.If they have been unable to use the bathroom since the water incident because it was declared unhealthful, then it would have been much better to have made an insurance claim. 

I just signed a subscription for a new property in March without incident. re: rate consistency in section 6.1 “The quality of the experience is based on a variety of factors such as calendar accuracy, Host response times and booking acceptance, rate consistency,”

For illustration purposes, you hire a snow removal company, they are ultimately negligent and don't perform the services they contracted and there is a slip and fall incident.

It is late for this incident and not actually dealing with the issue, but that advice will help in the future! 

@Jon Haney management should have assessed at the time of the incident, at least my PM does before contacting me for a major incident.

I have had multiple incidents ruining my units.
