Fort Collins did it since the 1960s and only recently created a law against it because of rent rates.

Hi Lina -- I'm based in Dallas but wouldn't know the laws for the city and county of Kyle, Texas.

The PM should be an expert on state law, and they should have policies and procedures in place to handle these situations.

Looking to have access to more capital to help do more deals this year and want to make sure i'm not breaking any laws and get into trouble.
