Did anyone advise you, mentor you ,on how to find and vet an interior decorator?

Joshua Tree is a bit of a tough market as there are a lot of STRs in the area.Be prepared that your first year might be a little thin as you are new and need to build up some reviews to get rolling.The interior is a bit of a toss up.

Today I had a heater issue and snow company that was late handling commercial before residential so we ended up clearing it.Open to each option.

For background, I'm partnered with an architect and interior designer, but I'd have to find most of the subs as I don't have any formal connections (at least in the area I'd like to build).

My foreclosure sale date is the end of March 2023 and I will not anticipate getting paid from the sale for another 5-6 months. 

I use eggshell on the walls, flat only on ceilings and high gloss on trim and windows.

I am also studying to get my real estate license and anticipate sitting for the exam at the end of February.Hey @Brian King, welcome to the BP Forum! 

( Regarding interior, and not HOA, management, location)Anyone has experience renting for snowbirds?

I updated the kitchen with high-end appliances, installed custom cabinetry, and added modern finishes throughout.

I’ve seen Windsor hills and it looks nice, hoa seems high though.
