As the handsome fellers above me said...You do not find a property "for him".

Both of these properties are to be buy/holds, however with the price and minimal updating I need to do they could be seen as handsome flips as well.

My goal here is to figure out how I can pursue private money investors and be able to put that money to work and earn my investors a handsome return while maintaining control of the LLC for my construction projects.

(like... no dogs, no cats, must have credit app, must have great job, must be handsome etc etc)3)  Process to Answer Calls - What percent of calls are picked up in 60 seconds or less (needs to be 90% of the time or better... we are at 93% in 30 seconds).  

And thankfully I am, handsomely.

Just a few months ago I referred a family to a house FSBO on craigslist, I was their interpreter, homeowner did all the paperwork, family bought the house, owner texted me thanking me and sent me a handsome gift check which I was not expecting at all, It's always been my pleasure helping ppl).Thanks again.

If I can’t get that and can sell for a handsome profit that is probably what I would do.

That was my first investment years ago in 2000 and it has paid off handsomely.

We are able to pick up handsome profitable deals pre-auction or at auction.
