The Innovation Campus will house Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business graduate program with an emphasis on entrepreneurial startups and other master’s programs in engineering and computer science.

We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked. 

A lot of universities have students that need mid term housing due to graduation dates, mini semester programs, etc. and I've found if you approach them and offer them a solution to this problem, they are willing to work with you and help send business your way.
