Modern agriculture, construction, and service industries rely on immigrant workers not because they are “cheap labor” but because they are skilled and willing to do jobs many Americans won’t.

Despite if it works and or what anyone says... arbitrage will always  have a special place in my heart since it was what got me started in this RE game. 

I see that the industry has cooled.

This ballooned the amount of guests booking longer stays on their platform, and pushed them into being an industry leader in the medium term rental space.My company has had a few struggles with payments, both with direct bookings and also for guests staying through AirBNB.

our entire platform is microsoft based and using everything integrated - while not technically all automation it is a game changer - especially when using powerautomate.
