If your trying to redeploy your capital,  do you think that you can get more than 8.5% through other projects and could you do that more than once during that 4.5 years? 

Leaving the company does not change his responsibilities for past projects, only future ones.Interesting.

I certainly know that future years the expenses won't remain that low, but wouldn't that be a reality on a property that has a lot of recent improvements?

To better project growth rates for the next five years, we should examine the pre-COVID period from 2015-01-01 to 2020-03-01.
