@Travis Bobo  the written gurantee is WORTHLESS  they just fold up and move on.. what are you going to do.. there is no free lunch in real estate and there is no buying your way into success its earned and its dog tough do not let anyone tell U otherwise.. listen to Steve he knows as well.. he is a for real investor who does deals..

I think something more subtle, like folds in paper, could convey a sense of care and renewal. 

Is it a lost cause and I'm just supposed to fold and cut my losses??

Problem for novice buyers will be not being able to fold buyer’s commission into mortgage.

In the middle of a sale of my parents condo and it's been 5 months and we have not closed due to title companie's lack of communication, instruction and then bringing an outside attorney into the fold to assist that has dragged this on even further.

Must be about 100 folding chairs and a dozen folding tables.

The pivot cut the time down by almost 10 folds.

I certainly understand how the investor who is stuck in the bad one feels.. but life does go on and companies do continue to operate and do new deals..Its just like Lenders just because one loan goes bad do you then fold up shop ???
