I made out cashiers checks for the full amount of the two deals I won made out to them ... and e mailed those in... the guy called me and said no one had ever done that and I need to run that up the flag pole... :)  he came back same day and said it was fine..

Many of the neighbors have a house and a flagpole lot to a mobile.It might be a cost effective way to add a second unit without crazy costs.

Do homebuyers in your area a favor and run him up the flagpole after the deal closes.

make sure you check with contract with the complex you live in ( very important )You do this ....A Dr.in a gated commnity Such as yours installed a flag pole in his front yard and the complex told him he had to remove it or move ....Gusss what he packed up his office staff and left town

The flagpole was rusted stuck we could not remove it, we had to saw it off. 

@Nick Brubaker Just so you know, we do have flexibility also, like for a flagpole job we installed, there are only a handful of company that services that county, the one I chose does not qualify for bonding, and has a substandard WC/GL coverage (only 500k single occurrence and 1M aggregate) on both, I require twice that most of the time (95%), but I need to get the job done on a timely fashion and on the right price.
