I am on an H1B visa and new to rental properties.

I’m on an H1B visa, so I can’t do any active work myself, which means I'll need to delegate (I understand this will affect margins, but I’m okay with that). 

I’m currently based in the Houston market, looking to build connections with wholesalers, investors, agents, and others in the industry.A little about me: I’m 25 years old, originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, and I now live in the Memorial area of Houston with my wonderful fiancée and our Maltipoo puppy.

I think more people do not understand the risk of seller financing. all the people I see applying for seller financing could not get a visa card there credit is so bad and there savings is from the pennies they find walking down the street. 

It comes with ATM/VISA (Debit) cards, checks, online bill-pay, mobile banking, mobile deposits, direct deposit, ACH transferring between accounts, etc.

Antonio, my fiancée and I are both realtors, I specialize in value add property and my fiancée manages our property management company and is a traditional realtor that specializes in listing properties.  

For instance, we tithe using cash and we use prepaid Visa credit cards, we don't take a tax write off for it and no one but me and my wife knows how much or where the money gets given to.

Could lose Canadian VISA, sure hope that's not her real name.

My Fiancee and I moved to New Bern NC about a year ago now.

So wondering whether there is a Visa for Canadians investing in US.
