I still don’t feel good about buying now with so much uncertainty and high interest rates, however I am at a point where I feel like I need to jump in.

The more people living in a building, the less personal responsibility each tenant feels.

It's boring and takes more capital so it's not as exciting but it has been effective and I feel its something everyone can do.

I'd go with a lighter color brown or so because dark spaces with low ceilings need to feel lighter to be home-y-er.

I feel like this is a bad idea, what if I have a claim on 1 rental and all of my other policies shoot up?

I feel confident about making the property cash flow once we get tenants in the home with the co-living strategy, but just covering all my bases, I would feel a lot better with an extra exit strategy of being able to rent the home out the normal way with one tenant.
