Question for the experts here is which are the top three Real Estate Investment coaching programs that are known?

I don't know that @Dave Foster earlier mention worked...I'll let him chime in as the expert, but you can 1031 for less it just results in 'boot' which is taxable.

And I struggle through the expert interviews.

In your opinion, would someone be considered an expert after completing 2-3 'smaller' multifamily deals, or is it more like 5-10 deals?
