It will become an emotion-fed entrenched position by tenants.  

Baltimore will come back and will create entrenchments who will suck money and equity out of the proposed hard times! 

I have entrenched myself in information and attempted to soak up every bit of knowledge I can.

Simple question for those of you more entrenched in the real estate world.Im a civil engineer, and i work for large developers and REITs in NYC.

Properties larger than 100 units tend to have more sophisticated owners...and many of them are deeply entrenched in their markets and know every broker in town.  

I sought out a mentor, escaped a pyramid scheme, learned about my parents' rental property (mostly the headaches endured), and have since entrenched myself in RE- and entrepreneurship-related readings, podcasts, discussion, and thought processes.My original plan was to move to Florida with a friend, buy a multi-family, have tenants pay mortgage via rent, etc. 

The problem is going to be that you will have tenants that may be entrenched for most of their life in an apartment.
