I am a teacher by trade, but I am looking to get into real estate since I've been interested in it for years.

Here is what I would suggest to see if someone is good - Google their name and see what people say about them knowing that as a teacher/coach you can't please everyone. 

She is a teacher and also super busy with her church so she's barely home.

Not to mention, the right system will enable your tenants to pay rent online, have a tenant portal, and all the other features that both tenants and owners need this day and age. 

I predict that the substantial home price cost savings and greater control they enable the buyer to have will make them grow in popularity.

This may get you started quicker and enable you to learn on the journey.

And further I commend BP for having someone who is NOT all centered around real estate on a POD cast.. sure is better than marching Clayton MOrris out on stage.. and enabling him to get to so many BP members.. ( although to be fair to BP they had no clue he was not what he said he was).And maybe there is some jealousy around the paid for trainers as well..
