@Andreas Mathews admirable, but make sure you do some research so you understand what a PM can make.Starting your own PMC business will require 75-150 doors to make a decent living, depending on gross rents and your fee structre.Working for a SFR PMC as a PM, will require a RE license and you usually get paid a percentage of the gross rents the portfolio of owners/properties you manage generates.

With a fideicomiso, the gross income is taxed through a withholding tax whereas, with the corporation, the rate, you can deduct expenses but the taxation rate is higher.

These are NonQM loans that underwrite by using the gross cashflow (as evidenced by net deposits in your bank account or how much was reported on your 1099) and then applying an expense ratio (usually 30-70%) to determine your gross income.
