I am talking about solving degenerative disease and either grossly extending lifespans via slowing the aging process or completely eliminating aging altogether. 

No guarantee this will continue but I see elected officials making policy mistakes that will lead to less development and that makes me believe constrained supply will continue to drive above average appreciation.John

Investors buying land to HOLD for either speculation or future development can just wait until the wholesaler’s contract with the seller expires and eliminate the wholesaler “markup”.  

Eliminate debt, establish a budget, and save.

At every Tax Sale somebody makes a mistake, somebody gets burnt, sometimes badly.

But I don’t want to trade my time managing a business for a relatively small net income.The mistake many people make is comparing a real estate investment returns with a real estate business returns.  

Really expedites the time it takes to reach FI when you can completely eliminate your housing payment and get into multis for such little down and start building equity/cash flow with each one.
