What is an easy way to get in contact?

It's pretty easy to get suckered into a bad out of state deal because others want to make a quick buck, and you'll be left holding the bag. 

Example, buying a vacant lot from a neighbor and simply explaining that someone else will be on the contract in a few days is not easy.

Hi Treza,Not sure where you are in the process there, but when your ready to exercise financing options please reach out, it's very difficult to find a ground up program for inexperienced borrowers without having an experienced GC sign on the loan with you which in turn is not easy to find.
