Im not one to thing Washington is corrupt....just dysfunctional.  

I'm not confident that the city's dysfunctionality can be influenced by a handful of people with good intentions though.  

It might take a while to pay down your debt, so I would stay away from any repairs that weren't about to lead to imminent dysfunction and cut expenses.

They are (to put it lightly) mismanaged, dysfunctional, and unprofessional - the absolute worst lender I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with.

Being kinda an expert on dysfunctional relationships (Just ask any of my EXs).

They will tell me that they always manage somehow.Landlords who can deal with dysfunctional tenants can make good money in the less good areas.

Most of the dysfunction in a project comes from assumption.

The worst by far were a Tokyo unit that was professionally managed but was very stinky, dilapidated and dysfunctional, and every shared room in Barcelona I’ve stayed in was the worst iteration of a guest bedroom experience imaginable, but it was cheap.
