No one will wait next to their mailbox when they get bitten by a rattlesnake hoping some doctor will send them a mailer call or text on what to do when they get bitten by a rattlesnake.Everyone goes to Google. 

Realtors are the same percentagewise as any other profession, whether it be doctors, lawyers, contractors, you name it. 10% are garbage80% are average10% are pros If you can find the last 10%, go with a Realtor and make your life easier. 

As mentioned though, it is just a random PDF that could be doctored.

Thus if someone is say a medical doctor, they may want to shield (or at least make it difficult) for outside liability if they were to be sued personally in their day job or elsewhere. 

There are definitely pros and cons to all situations, you would just need decide what is best for you.Would listing it as a mid-term (traveling nurses, doctors, business professionals, contractors, etc) or a short term rental be an option? 

So heard of many doctors getting this disallowed..

They have referred me 2 different doctors over the past 3 years.

Or like the current tenant build a new home for themselves that will take 18 months   two doctors.. 

Looking into doctor/dentist groups that have capital to invest is also another avenue to access capital.You want to transition from a hunter out there looking for investors, to a farmer who is cultivating investors with content and providing values.Unfortunately, it takes time and effort, but it cane be done.

Think of it like trying to save money on a doctor and potentially jeopardizing your health just to save a few bucks.
