I love that double height living room, that window makes it pop, but on the liethgow side, the homes across the st are only 3 strories , so what we did was get rid of the double height living room feature and added floor space to the master floor....The renderings are not done yet, but they will have a balcony of the front of their house (on the master level, level 3, and it stares strait at the city skyline) ...Below are pictures of the 4th st side, both looking at where the front of the house will be and what you would be looking at Acroos the st....the 3rd  picture is the House thats going right behind the one on 4th...Lastly theres a picture of the house thats on the corner, its just a house I fall in love with every time I pass it.
