In particular, the ability to auto-sync and categorize bank transactions (similar to Stessa), easily track expenses against budgets, and streamline lease creation with lease templates is quite nice.

We have rentals, home, auto and umbrella with them. 

I like it more than others because the prospective tenants can upload all of their docs into the system and it auto checks things and auto emails their recommendations to confirm. 

two things I have learned.  1,200 is a sweet spot for demand, and if you do have a large unit of 2,500 get a couple of them zoned for auto. 

Gather emails with something like Stayfi, use a qr code to have guests follow you on socials or leave their emails in a sign up for discounts coming back, use a Meta Pixel on your direct booking website or landing page and then do a retarget ad campaign to them, offer "Family and Friends" promo codes to guests when they come back through an auto message a couple of weeks after they have left, etc. are some that I use.  

The auto pay does work really well and i have all but one of them using it.

I suggest having smart TVs and let them log into their own accounts, preferably with a guest mode so they auto-log out after a certain number of days.For catering to families, I would concentrate on providing amenities like puzzles and games.
