I work with Property Management in Houston but can recommend some great networking/educational events for you :) Check out Space City REI - there's monthly meetups with an educational speaker relating to real estate investing and there are plenty of Investors looking for Wholesalers out there!

Get to real estate meetups and network with people out there doing deals.

Join one and start volunteering - it’s the best way to network and meet like minded people.

Since January I have added Introductory Calls as a means of growing my network.

Networking,  is mostly with rehabbers in the group that we sell houses to.
