Hey @Marc Shin, I agree with those that have said to scour the sites for quality USA made furniture.We have a mix of Basset and La-Z-Boy furniture and it still looks great after 7 years.

Their services from A to Z, automate everything like nothing else I've seen.

There are a bunch of good choices IMHO.We don't have leather but all our surfaces are super durable because they are higher end sofas and chairs.The 3 main couches are a pair of Basset and a La-Z-Boy.

Don't chase cash flow - which it doesn't sound like you're doing.Just becasue you read online that X, Y, and Z city is good to invest in, doesn't mean the fad is true.

Generation Z is the worst.
