Especially a great GP team...can't go wrong with the BAM Family IMO.I'm thinking about investing with BAM, was anyone here doing this type of investing back during the 2007-2009 housing crash? 

Agreed, I think these articles are primarily made as clickbait and designed to give homebuyers false hope of an impending housing crash.

During the 2008 financial crash, low paid, low skilled workers were laid off in droves.

In the last crash, I was buying like crazy from 2008-2016.

If you have turnover after turnover, you will crash and burn eventually.

It comes with guides on how to ride the tubes, a crash course in local customs, places of interest, places to avoid, and holly cow it looks just like what they had in there heads of what a London "flat" would look like, so charming and so "Brit"..... 

Otherwise it would be like giving your teenage kid a new car, which he crashes, and you just buy him another one without talking about responsibilty and consequences.

If you pay more, you won't meet your metrics and will probably have negative cashflow and/or equity.You may have to make 10, 20 or even 100 offers to get one accepted at the price that meets your numbers.This is what all investors did BEFORE the Great Real Estate Crash of 2008-2010.

Recommend you start researching what investors did prior to the Great Crash of 2008.
