Where do I find out if these postings for multiplexes on Zillow, compass, etc. are illegal or not?

Licensed Broker who owns a major US brokerage office ( Compass) her team is about 8 folks strong.

I loaded up on Zillow and Compass stock yesterday.

I do take chances on barely qualified Tenants sometimes, to let them get back on their feet, single moms etc......Sec.8 Tenants won't have my compassion.

Not that being out of state affects the cost in that regard, but you may find it more difficult to properly vet a manager, especially when it comes to their attitude toward residents who may need more flexibility, compassion, and patience than in a market rate building.Second, and bigger, issue is that HQS inspections are a very real thing.

Seems like there's a million options, so I'm trying to set my compass and then can always change course as needed.Thanks so much!
