Being able to be on site and able to commute 20-30 hours a week on the project is crucial for me 

Today he drove over an hour into the woods for us to look at a mobile so my husband does not have to commute.

And then the last hurdle is that driving miles between your home and your rental properties by default is considered to be like your "commute" to work, and your commute doesn't count as business miles. 

It will likely be a “commuter” community and will still attract plenty of great tenants.

When I had my first home I commuted 50+ miles each way for work - it was what I could afford if I wanted to own.

And right now is working incredible hours and having to now commute to Santa Clara from Portland..

I don't even know what to say, except to hope that it's all kids who do not yet know the pain of rush hour commute, and think all things "grown up" are cool grown up things. 

I would benefit from this program because it would decrease my 1:30-2 hours commute down to under 30 minutes.

For example several of the cases have jury trials scheduled for Q1 2020 (according to the Marion County Court website), so at the very least it’s gonna be a long commute from Europe to take the stand in Indiana.
