I'm based in NYC and looking to find an investment property in Philadelphia.Because of the distance, my agent is willing to visiting the property on behalf of me and sends me videos.He goes into each room and shows me with his commentary, which is helpful.Because I'm not onsite, I'm not sure if I'm fully understanding the neighborhood, atmosphere or details that I cannot find in the video.Would you have any tips to ask for, or pay attention to in terms of viewing property via video?

It's not a dealbreaker, but it's just something relevant and significant for us personally.Regarding my commentary on growth, I am not doubting the long-term growth element that is clearly there.

From the beginning of the "Fed Rate Roller-coaster" ride started it had been running commentary as to "what will the Fed do", and when I had been asked I replied like a broken record "well, what did they say they would do?". 

I think when contractors see that the property is in DC they will bid higher automatically.No specific question in there, just adding to the commentary.
