This is the list (in the chronological order) that I think I need to follow.

Ask them for all of the details of their mortgage(s), taxes, utilities, maintenance, home improvements, etc. and what has transpired, chronologically, to see how they got to this point.

When I go to "Manage Posts" in the "Blog" section I can see them all the blogs but they previously displayed in chronological order--now the first page is no longer chronological.

Just a process improvement suggestion...Have the messages in the inbox display in descending, chronological order...most recent to oldest.
