Borrego Springs had an incredible super bloom this spring.The Salton Sea area has an air pollution problem from chemical spraying from nearby farms and the town surrounding the sea is very run down.

A leak that just happened, or seen/caught shortly afterwards, usually does not have enough time to leave behind the chemicals and moisture needed to form mold.Like was said, a small sheetrock repair is cheap to do/fix if you want to test it yourself.

It's my opinion that you should use a heat treatment and not a chemical treatment as heat treatments are comprehensive and can be guaranteed, and spray treatments do not always kill all bed bugs and can be a waste of money.
