It’s free as well you’d just need to know their cellular carrier ans schedule it in your email application (I find gmail easiest).

Another neat thing to explore is Particle.io, they have some really neat and affordable single board computers that have cellular/cloud connectivity, can hook them up to things like submetered water meters, door sensors, etc...

Hopefully the word "Recourse" isn't prevalent in your loan documents.Things like own your vehicle 100%, make sure your living situation is still available (even if it means having to move into an apartment), cellular service will still be on, etc...And like has been stated above keep an open channel with YOUR lenders, (IF) there is a problem you may be able to work something out--this is a National Problem.Good Luck!

I use these top down bottom up cellular shades in my office and they provide privacy or a view of the sky, plus I don't have to deal with those cords. 

@Andrew McGibbon we use My Alarm Center they do WIFI and Cellular monitoring and have their own network. 

We have expanded our practice to offer in-building wireless systems that are designed to improve cellular coverage in mid to large sized buildings with coverage issues.  

But he could just buy a thermostat with it's own cellular connection without using your internet.

I also use them during vacancy turnovers since those turnovers are fully automated, self-serve showings, but you have to have a way to ensure batteries get swapped out regularly, then run a separate cellular network to push updates to the locks over time, which is a another added cost.

The other thing that you could consider is replacing all the blinds with new ones of the same (matching) type, and if so I'd suggest something like a cellular shade or a roller blind like mecho-shade (that's a personal preference).
