Pay roughly the same and have 3 ductless split systems installed in the house with one main unit and 2 cartridges (1 for each bedroom)3. 

About three days after I posted that, I went to turn on the cold water on that faucet, and the big nut that holds the cartridge into the faucet body broke. 

If that doesn't fix it then it is probably a clogged cartridge.  

Its usually the cartridge inside the single handle lever that has a blockage or the shower head itself.Price pfister and delta might send you free replacement cartridges if you call up customer service and they help you identify the model.

I can price the cartridges once I figure out the printer.

The main thing you need to work safely with the interior variety is to set up box fans (I use two of the popular Lasko Wind Machines) for forced ventilation, but you should also wear a reusable respirator with VOC cartridges.

Example: it costs $20 to buy a Moen cartridge for a shower mixer and one hour of your time to replace it.

Sometimes the seats get a track thru them,,then they eat faucet washers faster than you can put them inIf it is washerless and probably a cartridge type,,its toss and replace AFTER taking old stuff to store to get new identical parts,,,then buy all other o rings also if there are any in the seal the cavity covers.
