Furthermore, if you goto a competitive school, at least relative to yourself, if you apply yourself to your studies it will force you to traing/learn "harder" and "smarter."

Since my IRA is pretty young, I won't have much earnings (as is apparent by my sad quarter)TRA is definitely a crazy penalty, but rolling it over is a great idea. 

It took me nearly six years to get any tra rice from my attorney marketing when I was already an experienced real estate guy. 

I am asking because I bought a 6 unit last year in Newark Nj which was fully occupied the cash flow was  great when I bought it , but I did not realize 5 of the 6 tenants were on TRA ( temporary Rental Assistance) so even if they each had 6 more months on their  1 year lease their TRA was all expiring the following month after I closed.

Section 8 sounds like easy money, but it's not, same with TRA/TANF.
