She isn't 100% sure but I run with it and start to sell the idea to my darling that we have purchased a Brothel (and I refer to it as THE BROTHEL) and that she should be on the lookout for prior clientele and workers. 

I could move to Nevada and run a brothel, or be an underground pimp, but I wouldn't do that either.So I may not maximize every dollar, but I don't care.

What if the crime was running brothels with kidnapped, underage girls (someone you knew) or modern day slave trading (again someone you knew) or paying off of Iraqi freedom fighters (who killed someone you knew)?

PS - brothels are illegal here. 

Part of it comes from it being a college town with old time brothel municipality legislation.

Probably be low market for the entire building, but as noted, could be STR, could be mid term or running a brothel.

The laws used to be to prevent brothels from coming into towns, but they have since been used to prevent large living places like fraternities from popping up in quiet neighborhoods.
