As my wife and I explore real estate investing and try to put our passions into action, I sometimes feel discouraged and as though there is a large veil between me and my goals that I just can't break through...

After over 12 years in the property management industry it is refreshing to break through the long-term plateau I was at and become an entrepreneur/business owner/investor. 

Personally I want to see St Louis break through these barriers that have been in place for so long. 

In the meantime I will keep updating this forum if any deals break through/any more news.

How can I break through this ongoing approach of trying to get me to out-bid myself?

I believe that I’m ready to network confidently and that it will be the break through point in this phase for me.

Keep in mind the top agents that get the deals have their buyers list just like the wholesalers have their buyers list.. these buyers are fully vetted and the agents know they can perform.One issue many agents have and when I had my brokerages I had to caution my agents.. is you have a ton of tire kickers who are all Hat and no cattle.. so you have to break through that by proving you can do business.
