No amount of cleaning will restore the void of color/bleach stains and the discoloration due to urine from their dog.For the floors, we only estimated a small charge to try and sand and refinish the floors, which we have since found can not be done; the entire floor would need to be pulled out and replaced with new.

Most of the time you can just kill it with bleach(non-porous surfaces) or throw it away (porous material like drywall).

If it comes down to it, bleach will kill everything, but a cleaning solution with disinfectant will do.

A weak bleach solution will kill everything else.You should test it to make sure it's not a toxic kind.
