You should be able to talk about the pros-and-cons of contact A vs. contact B, etc.- What I bring to the table: I am plain spoken, have realistic expectations, will not drag you from property to property or ask you to make ridiculous offers and will NOT waste your time.

A man cave in the basement which will have it's own exterior entrance, a bathroom, a wet bar, AV system and access to a lower level single stall garage.  

@Jo-Ann - property values in the AV/Palmdale is on the rise but had dropped to an all time low several yrs back.

And I can assure you Oregon would also follow up on complaint of non licensed activity /. then the wholesalers can argue the merits of selling a contract vs a vs reselling a home...

@Edward Chan I'm currently investing in the AV down here in Los Angeles.  

I have a chance to buy a property on East Upsal, 2 blocks from Germantown AV.

Probably will take awhile to get those rolling, but may provide a nice bump for the AV and Northrop both, and you'll have a front seat to know when and how big.
