NoDoing cold calls?

I own Granite and Pine Properties - a Direct to Seller Marketing company that focuses on giving sellers 3 selling options. https://graniteandpinere.com/My advertising is word of mouth, social media, SEO, mailers and cold callers.

I'm 33, still young, and willing to do the hard work, cold calling, emails, etc. 

Just trying to gain a sense of hot or cold. 

Where I live mice are common as the cold weather drives them inside.

The cold air often runs out in the summer and the heat doesn't turn on in the winter.

In the stages of working the acquisition side of wholesaling, making cold calls since late September 2024.

I guess to get a definite answer I'll have to cold call to get see if all these people are behind on their payment or it's just a standard practice behind some salesmen!

Cold, drafty, and couldn't keep the mice out.The thing rented like crazy.
