I would say the condition and age of the property would have a lot of sway in your decision for whether or not it's worth it.

I think we will see more "adult" families living together...kids move back in or parents move in with kids.The traditional apartment model was based on 12month leases, but jobs are not always 12 months and people want flexible terms, so co-living often offers that.Seems like younger people between 20-30 and some other age groups don't want to get married and start that housing pathway our parents and grandparents took.   

Due to it's age I'm not sure if it can actually be moved.

I’m 23 yrs of age, so not too young or old, I don’t think.

Inspection was average for the age of the house around 90 years old.

I'm hoping to add this as a start to my portfolio, rent and eventually sell once the wife, and I are closer to retirement age.

China as a low cost producer is past- they have aged and standard of living out.  

Ranking in order though...1) Prices will drop - 10-20% because the job market is getting tougher2) Salaries will increase - 3-4% per year to keep up with inflation3) Interest rates will drop - 100-150bps as people worry less about inflation4) Unfortunately, the dream of a house with a white picket fence will be out of reach for many, especially before the age of 40.
