YUP  to folks that just don't know true rates  they suck people in on these get 500 to 800 out of them then on to the next victim you can just see them sitting in rooms in the Caribbean or the Ukraine justing pounding away..  

I plan to look into this again soon but initially got spooked because it seemed too easy.

There's a "rare" case of the property owner declaring bankruptcy before the day of the sale... you can lose your entire bid amount that way... that's atleast what a lawyer stated in a consultation.I don't honestly think I have a snowball's chance of getting a property that a bank, who hasn't already redeemed it, is going to think is worth their time to pursue me after it's finalized - but I'd be lying if I said that didn't spook me a bit.  

They are just there to spook you out.

To be honest, the rehab spooks me a bit as Burlington proper has loads of really old homes (100+ years), so I'm prepping myself for that hit ... but honestly, that's Future Joe's problem.

The entire area around here is growing like crazy, so if the crime rate of Killeen spooks you, you could look a little further out like Temple and Belton.
