We have already remodeled  the kitchens, updated plumbing, worked on the septic, insulated the attic, painted, etc.

It took some elbow grease to keep it updated.

After closing, I painted the whole interior of the house, made some small maintenance repairs, added new LVP and updated light fixtures.

Update: Decided to go with Total Quality Lending and all is going well so far.  

The property sold for $154,900 on 2/7/25, delivering a successful outcome thanks to strategic updates and efficient project management.

Got new update, nothing encouraging.
