Considering that my brother graduated 10th in his high school class at the same high school that I graduated 127th in my class two years later, and I can buy and sell my brother's a** in a Tijuana donkey show these days, I have some doubts that it really matters.Is it the norm for townhouse complex and luxury apartment developers to play the game to screw over parents like this?

., Dev Horn, Rick the Probate Guy, etc for virtual mentorship (whether they know it or not...heh), this kind of news makes me feel pretty damn good about how my gameplan compares to that of the competition.Employing the kind of tactics stated by the OP is akin to going to Tijuana for plastic surgery because it's cheaper...bad idea.The consensus seems to be that this is a strategy taught by a "guru"...wait, someone charges money to provide this kind of advice?

You mean the main interstate highway that connects the capitol of California, Oregon and Washington, although bypasses San Franciso, with the highway going from Vancouver to Tijuana?

I was working at as an apprentice plumber and my fellow workers told me about this place called Tijuana, Mexico which is not very far away were prostitution was cheap and legal.
