Hi everyone, I am an moving to a new home and planning to rent my condo in San Diego (central Hilcrest walking distance to Balboa Park / Zoo).

I have seen some listings that seem to have good cash flow in the Cranston area close to the zoo.

I am looking to by a MF unit in the providence area and saw a few that looked promising around the Cranston area by the zoo/botanical garden.

I live in K-zoo, and I can tell you be prepared to pay up.

For instance i had a townhouse up by the zoo.. mult co one side of the street I was in WA county.. and i KNow i saved on taxs

I don't see where it changes the lease or rental agreement in regards to your ability to evict the tenant in case he turns your rental unit into a petting zoo or prostitution business.

House is within walking distance to the zoo and local garden, a 5 minute drive to downtown stadium, bars, university and event arena.

Aspen Ridge Apartments has 5 parks within 5.6 miles, including Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, and Omaha Children's Museum.
