Currently doing 3 renos, having an EDEN inspection today that will pass and closing on two more Friday, again all from OOS. 

Wildly enough, a property of mine had a furnace failure this past Friday that turned the last few days upside down.

Just closed on ours last Friday.

We were set to close Friday (December 6, 2024).

You can even plan vacations that are written off if using the sandwich method by doing work on Friday and Monday for real estate and the weekend is there so you do vacation stuff so all lodging and travel can be written off. 

They work every Thursday afternoon & Friday morning. 

Just go to one of the Friday afternoon 2pm 1hr showing windows of most wholesalers and see another 25-30 investors there "inspecting" the property. 

The boot camp is great for anyone looking to become an operator in the space, although it’s also a good general overview over the course of a weekend (I believe it’s Friday Night to Sunday Night).To address the @Marty Sellis comments – we were a virtual company up until about a year ago, with employees around the country.
